Enfin, le sucre si vous avez décidé de mettre du sucre. NB : je comprend l'équilibre de goût recherché mais 2 cas de sucre pour une sauce, personnellement je trouve que c'est beaucoup trop ! ^^'
  3. Servir la sauce sur les aubergines dès leur sortie du four :)
